Due to insufficient snow conditions and unusually mild temperatures in the Pierre à Ric area (Grands Montets), the grooming plan has been adjusted, with work carried out in the evening.
As a result, the Pierre à Ric ski touring route is suspended until further notice, contrary to what is normally allowed under the municipal bylaw.
This restriction applies from Sunday, December 21.

There is no sector-specific pass for Grands Montets.
The CHAMONIX Le Pass skipass is a day or stay skipass for Chamonix.
If you wish to ski, visit and enjoy other benefits, you can choose the MONT Blanc Unlimited pass.
During winter, pedestrians are forbidden.
Animals are forbidden on the ski resort.
The beginner ski area is accessible after the second star (« 2ème étoile » french qualification).
People with reduced mobility : handiski possible on the ski resort.
Snow scoot, fat bike, sledge : forbidden on the ski resort.

Grands Montets car park is the nearest from the ski resort, it’s a free car park. Your pass grants you free access to Chamonix bus network. We advise you to take the bus line number 2.
