One area we found problematic was the bus shuttles to the ski areas. The bus schedule is not frequent enough and the buses are sometimes so packed that it seems dangerous to ride. We ended up driving to Les Grandes Montes after a bad experience

Ski busses worked very well, but was a bit crowded.
