All facilities and experiences skiing in Chamonix were excellent.

I would like to sincerely thank the mountain rescue team for their professionalism on February 25th. As the ski area was about to close, they noticed I was walking unsteadily on my right foot after falling earlier on the slope and again while getting off the ski lift. Without being asked, they approached me and offered assistance to safely escort me down to the cable car station. I was truly touched by their keen observation and timely support. Their attentiveness and commitment to skier safety turned a difficult situation into a reassuring experience.
