My partner was racing in the ‘Vertical’ race which starts in chamonix, goes straight up a mountain to Le Praz. I found the journey very easy and fast in the bubble, although the signposting from Chamonix Central to the Brevant lift is not well signposted if you do not know the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Be aware also that the hill that leads from Chamonix Centre to the Brevant lift is steep and long, so leave plenty of time to get there.
